INTERIOR WINDOWS: YAY πŸ‘ OR NAY πŸ‘Ž

When I think of large interior windows or glass walls, I automatically think about an office space. I never really think about having it in a living environment. I came across some pictures where they were incorporated in homes and I fell in love with themπŸ’–πŸ’–. So I've a made a list of pros and cons .

PROS

//1//

Its an amazing way to spread natural light. Theres nothing better than a well lit home🌞. Its also a very stylish and subtle way to separate two rooms and make your space look larger.

It doesn't have to be completely clear. Textured glass or sandblasted glass are wonderful alternatives. This adds a bit of character and privacy.

CONS

Privacy: When done wrong, this can be a big issue. No one wants eyes on them when they are asleep or getting busy in the bedroom. Thats rather creepy. Instead, you could have the glass wall or interior window between the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom. If you must have it like in this picture, a textured or sandblasted glass would be a better alternative.

Kids: Honestly, interior windows and glass walls have the pros and cons especially when it comes to kids. One of my main concerns when it comes to having little ones around, would be them playing around and hurting themselves if they happen to break the glass. However, when it comes to security, its perfect. You can keep an eye on your kids from the kitchen while they play in the living room.

So.........
What do you all think? Yay or Nay?
